Chicken with lemon and garlic recipes

Cut a large whole chicken into pieces. Then prepare the rub for the chicken. Mix some lemon juice, 2 crushed and peel cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little of fresh tarrgon, some salt and pepper. Then rub this mixture into all sides of the chicken. Then allow the chicken to stand for an hour.

Heat the grill to the highest and then lay the chicken joints in one single layer onto a grill pan. Leave the pan under the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes. Allow the chicken to turn brown and crispy if you want to, but obviously don't burn it! Flip over onto the other side and allow the chicken to cook for another 5 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, add a little butter and the tarragon. Serve this with your favourite side dishes such as coleslaw or mashed potato. This is a simple French recipe that you can use.
